About Our Services

3D Installations provides professional installation services including 3D wall panels, 3D signage, décor installations, and related work.
All details, pricing, and timelines will be confirmed in your project quote or service agreement.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Pricing depends on material choice, print time, size, complexity, and finishing requirements.

If the Client changes the design or requirements after a quote is issued, pricing may be updated.

Additional fees may apply for design revisions, reprints caused by design changes, or special material requests.

Deposits & Payments

Custom 3D prints require a non-refundable deposit before production begins.

Full payment must be received before the final product is shipped or collected.

Work may be paused if payments are delayed.

Accepted payment methods: Ideal, Klarna, Card

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because 3D printing is custom work, cancellations after production has begun cannot be refunded.

Changes to a design after printing has started will require a new quote and additional fees.

If you need to cancel before printing begins, the deposit remains non-refundable to cover preparation time.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate designs, measurements, and specifications.
• Confirm all details before printing begins.
• Understand that 3D printing has limitations and minor surface variations or layer lines are normal.

3D Installations is not responsible for print failures caused by faulty or incomplete client-supplied designs.

Design Files & Intellectual Property

You must own or have permission to use any designs you submit.

3D Installations is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations by the Client.

Files created by 3D Installations remain our intellectual property unless a separate design rights agreement is made.

Print Quality & Limitations

3D printing may include minor imperfections such as support marks, layer lines, or texture differences.

We will make every reasonable effort to produce high-quality prints based on the design provided.

Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Strength and performance depend on the design, material, and intended use.

No Warranty for Client-Supplied Designs

If the Client provides their own STL/model file, we do not guarantee structural performance or functionality.

Reprints due to design flaws are not covered under any warranty.

Warranty & Liability

We guarantee that your print will match the approved design and agreed specifications.

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse or improper handling
• Modifications made after delivery
• Damage caused by environmental exposure

3D Installations is not liable for product failure due to improper usage or design flaws provided by the Client.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, returns and refunds are not available once items are printed.

If an item is defective due to our workmanship, we will offer a reprint or suitable replacement.

Turnaround Times

Estimated completion times will be provided before printing begins.

Delays may occur depending on material availability, machine maintenance, or design complexity.

We will notify you of any changes to your timeline.

Shipping & Collection

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Delivery delays caused by couriers are outside our control.

Items may be collected in person if arranged in advance.

Photos & Marketing

We may photograph or display printed items for marketing unless the Client requests otherwise.
We will never share personal or confidential information

Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Copy or reuse our content without permission
• Attempt to disrupt or misuse our website
• Submit harmful files or fraudulent information

All content on this website belongs to 3D Installations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
